EncorePop is a Shopify-only sales popup. It shows anonymous recent-purchase popups from your real, paid Shopify orders, including the last 30 days of orders from before you installed. That's automatic and included on Free. Starter adds 24-hour purchase roundups and live visitor counts. It runs as a theme app embed. No code.

Included on Free, with nothing to switch on. Needs the theme app embed. Paid orders only. Refunds, cancels, and test orders are left out. Always anonymous for orders from before install. No. The Free plan needs no credit card. Starter and Growth are purchased through Shopify, and you can upgrade from inside the app.
If your store had eligible paid orders in the last 30 days, yes, on every plan including Free. They show once the theme app embed is on and your campaign is published. There's no extra setting for past orders. If not, the popup stays quiet until your next eligible paid order.
None that identify the buyer. Messages are anonymous by default. Surname, street address, email, phone number, and exact location are never shown. Orders from before you installed always stay anonymous.

Nothing shows. EncorePop doesn't invent orders or show sample activity on a live store. It's built for stores that already make sales.
EncorePop runs as a Shopify theme app embed, which you switch on in the theme editor. Shopify supports app embeds in both Online Store 2.0 and older "vintage" themes. No code edits needed. Popups don't appear on Shopify's checkout pages.
New popups stop for the rest of that monthly period. Upgrade any time, or wait for the next period.
Turn off the theme app embed to stop display, or uninstall the app. Paid plans are billed and cancelled through Shopify.
