Is EncorePop for brand-new stores?
EncorePop is designed for Shopify stores that already make sales and want to make that activity visible. It will not invent orders or create synthetic activity for an empty store.
How do I get EncorePop on my Shopify store?
EncorePop is in early access. Request access and include your Shopify store URL so we can confirm the fit for stores that already sell. After we invite you, setup uses Shopify’s standard authorization and theme app embed.
What happens before my first eligible sale?
The recent-sales notification stays quiet. EncorePop does not fill the gap with sample activity on a live storefront.
What customer information is shown?
The default message is anonymous. Surname, street address, email, phone number, and exact location are never displayed.
What happens at the visitor limit?
New storefront notifications stop serving for the rest of the monthly period. Upgrade when you need more monthly reach; the plan allowance is enforced server-side.
Can I customize the notification?
Choose the activity type, message template, accent color, corner, timing, anonymous wording, and product rules. Page targeting is available on paid plans.
How do I cancel?
Once EncorePop is on your store, disable or remove the theme app embed to stop storefront display. Paid subscriptions are managed through Shopify, and uninstalling the app triggers cleanup.
